Do you have a walk-in shop where I can buy products?
We do not have a walk in shop, orders must be placed on our online shop.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, we do have a collection point where you can collect your order.

We are situated in Langeberg Ridge, Cape Town which is close to Cape Gate Shopping Centre and Makro Cape Gate.
How long do I wait for my order?
We always strive to get your order to you as fast as possible.
The average lead time for orders:
1-4 Business days for order processing and 1-4 business days for shipping.
What are your payment options?
We have two payment methods to choose from:
- Pay Online through our secure Yoco Payment option
- Pay with card when you collect your order at our collection point in Langeberg Ridge, Cape Town.
Please note that our business is cashless, so for this reason we unfortunately do not accept cash payments.
Do you offer shipping if I cannot collect?
Yes, we do offer shipping throughout SA, unfortunately we do not offer shipping to neighboring and international countries. Our business is registered to trade in South Africa only.
We have 2 shipping options to choose from.
Option 1 - Order sent to your nearest Pudo Locker.
Option 2 - Order sent to your door.
Can I buy the perfumes at stock cost to resell?
Yes, we do offer Superior Fragrances at stock price, but to qualify for these prices you have to buy a starter kit from us to become a reseller.
Unfortunately we do not sell the Fine Fragrance Collection Fragrances at stock price. We only sell them at retail price.
Do you give discount if I want to buy ten or more bottles for myself or others?
Due to the fragrances being sold at a very low retail price we do not offer discount on ten or more bottles for retail customers.
